firstly,,cek temprature melalui 3 care:

oral/axilla/rectum :)

2nd,,cek pulse 1min

3rd,,cek rerpration 1min

lastly cek d BP.. hoho

ckp sal BP,,harini masuk simulation ward

punye lar xcted masuk klas nk buat procedure,,

last2 gelabah punye pasal bile miss tgk sume xjadi .. hoho

susah juagak rupenye nk cek.. tgk doc2 kt klinik buat mcm sng.. huhu

cube kalau pakai electro pnye utk cek BP mcm mak punye mesti sng.. 

hoho i need more prctice lar.. sgt2 kekok n xreti buat..

temp,pulse,resp lg sng dari BP..
